I…guess I had been successful? I actually jump roped every day for ten minutes, well almost every day…sometime I didn’t jump rope because my legs were sore from beep test or because I got home late. They are excuses to take a break, but I didn’t just let myself go like that I set a rule for myself, if I didn’t jump for ten minutes I will need to do it the next day or later on. I recorded the minutes I didn’t jump rope that day and I would add them up and warn myself to do it the next day. I still need to make up 35 minutes of jump rope time. I remind myself to jump rope by saying that if I don’t exercise I will be larger than an elephant and I won’t be able to squeeze through the door(most of you don’t know, I eat a lot and by a lot I mean a lot ). About my computer one…I think I was successful too, I didn’t use the computer for a long time except when my homework needs to be done on the computer.
At the beginning of the month I didn’t think that I would actually achieve my goals but I sort of did, so I was pretty surprised. I think I can keep on doing this until the end of the month; it wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. I saw that most of the people were doing what they were supposed to do every day.
Good rules! What happened to your sleep earlier goal?
